Alexandra Shaw is an accomplished executive coach and leadership development expert, currently serving as President and Executive Coach at Quantum Leap Leadership Inc. since 2011. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at TD Bank, including Vice President of Wholesale Banking and Vice President of Internet Banking, Alexandra has a strong background in risk management and governance. Additionally, Alexandra has been actively involved in academia as a mentor and instructor at prestigious institutions such as Queen's University and the Richard Ivey School of Business, contributing to programs focused on transformational leadership and consulting.
