Kelley McKinnon

Kelley McKinnon is a Trustee at Queen's University and a former senior competition law enforcement officer in Canada. Ms. McKinnon has held positions as the Senior Deputy Commissioner of Competition at the Canadian Competition Bureau, head of the Mergers Branch, and Acting Commissioner of Competition. Kelley has also worked as a partner at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP, and as Deputy Director, Enforcement and Chief Litigation Counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission. Ms. McKinnon has a wealth of experience in competition law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities regulation.

Kelley McKinnon has a LLB from Queen's University in Law and a BA from Queen's University in Political Studies.
