Victor has been a Co-founder and owner of Queensboro FC since 2019, CEO and founder of DV7 Group since 2019, CEO & founder of DV7 Soccer since 2016, CEO & Owner of VOS USA since 2015, Owner of VOS Sportsmarketing & Entertainment since 2007, President Actyvos Marketing of Actyvos Group since 2013, and Marketing Director of Valencia Club de Fútbol S.A.D. since 2001.

Victor Oñate attended CEU Cardenal Herrera University from 1993 to 1999, where they obtained a Licenciado Ciencias de la Información in the field of Periodismo.
