Kym Brady

Kym Brady is an experienced ICT Organisational Change Manager with a robust background in leadership development and change management across various sectors, including government, health, and education. Currently serving in the Queensland Government since June 2020, Kym has designed, developed, and facilitated diverse leadership programs. Previous roles include managing change projects for Queensland Health, leading solutions at the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and overseeing workforce planning and recruitment initiatives. Kym has also contributed to organizational learning and development as a Learning and Development Project Manager with Northern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services and has experience as a training consultant and lecturer. Kym holds multiple qualifications, including a Grad Cert in Leadership and a Bachelor of Adult and Vocational Education, alongside relevant diplomas and certificates in training, assessment, and business.
