Mahmoud Awad

Mahmoud Awad is an experienced business transformation analyst and consultant with a strong background in various sectors, particularly healthcare and information technology. Currently contracted as a Senior Business Transformation Analyst/Consultant with the Queensland Government since April 2021, Mahmoud leads business and data analysis activities for numerous projects. Previously, Mahmoud held roles such as Principal Business Analyst at Metro North Health, focusing on care delivery workflows, and at eHealth Queensland, where a comprehensive ITSM strategy was developed. With a foundation in business administration and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Melbourne, Mahmoud has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic analysis, and change management across multiple organizations, including Deloitte and IBM.
