Mary Bond has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Strategy & Capability with Queensland Government since October 2007. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager in the private sector and Principal Consultant in Human Resources during a secondment at the Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning. Further experience encompasses senior consulting positions at DSITI and the Department of Housing and Public Works, along with a significant tenure at Children's Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service. Earlier career highlights include a managerial role at Queensland Rail, state-level HR consultancy with the Australian Red Cross Blood Service, and various HR consultancy roles across several organizations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese/Economics and International Business from Griffith University, along with a postgraduate degree in Business from The University of Queensland.
