Shannon Green is an accomplished mining professional with extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the mining industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Project Director at Queensland Hydro, Shannon previously held senior roles at Mandalay Resources, overseeing project coordination for tailings storage facility construction and innovative recycling solutions. As General Manager at PYBAR Mining Services, Shannon successfully led the commissioning of New South Wales' latest gold mine, achieving its first concentrate shipment. With a strong background in mining engineering and project evaluation, Shannon has held various leadership positions in notable companies including Dumas Contracting, Newmont Mining Corporation, and BHP. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering from UNSW.
