Lacrina Duran

Lacrina Duran is an experienced Customer Experience Manager currently leading the assessment team at QTAC since November 2018, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of applicants' submissions while fostering strong relationships with institutions. Prior to QTAC, Lacrina held multiple roles at Brightside Co from March 2011 to October 2018, including 2IC Customer Experience Manager and Team Leader positions. Lacrina has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Applied Management from Federation University Australia, an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management from TAFE Queensland, and various other qualifications related to leadership, management, and customer service.
