David Brooker

David Brooker is the Executive Leader Service Delivery at Urban Utilities. David has held this position since February 2018. Prior to this, they were the Manager Servicing Strategy at Urban Utilities from May 2017 to January 2018. From May 2016 to May 2017, they were the Executive Manager Water at Ventia Pty Ltd. From April 2009 to May 2016, they were the Chief Operating Officer Water and Waste at Mackay Regional Council. From September 2007 to April 2009, they were the Manager Water Services Capital at Mackay Regional Council. From August 2004 to September 2007, they were the Manager Sarina Water at Sarina Shire Council. Prior to that, they were a Process Engineer at Brisbane Water from January 2004 to August 2004.

David Brooker has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University.
