Subsequently, James held various roles at Applicable, including Senior Service Desk Analyst / Team Leader, Unified Communications Engineer, and ICT Consultant. Currently, they are working at Urban Utilities, where they hold the positions of Lead Platform Engineer (Infrastructure) and Lead Cloud Services Engineer.
