Joseph Otter

Joseph Otter is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as General Manager of Integrated Planning and City and Regional Creation at Urban Utilities since November 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph held various positions at KBR, Inc. from December 2015 to November 2020, including Program Director and Program Engineering Manager. Joseph also led the Oil & Gas sector in the ANZ region at MWH Global from July 2009 to December 2015 and served as Engineering Manager at Origin Energy from March 2013 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Process Engineer at MWH Global from 2003 to 2009. Joseph holds an MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering with Environmental Technology from The University of Manchester, completed in 2003.
