Mark Herring

Mark Herring is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a Program Delivery Manager at Urban Utilities since January 2019, Mark has held various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Capital Delivery Manager at the same company.
