Nicki Hangsleben

Nicki Hangsleben is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Executive Director and Founder of QUEERSPACE collective since March 2021. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Land O'Lakes Venture37 from August 2018 to February 2021, encompassing Director of Strategic Partnerships and New Ventures, Director of Business Development, Senior Manager of Project Design and Implementation, and Acting Chief of Party for the Cooperative Development Program. Previously, Nicki held positions at Land O'Lakes International Development, Minnesota Public Radio, American Express, ING, and Minneapolis Public Schools, showcasing a diverse skill set in financial analysis, budgeting, and project management.
