Miriam Pfister

Miriam Pfister, Ph.D. is the Head of People & Culture at Quench. Prior to this role, Miriam served as an Advisor and President at Oxford Entrepreneurs. Miriam also has experience as a Conflict Researcher at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research and as an Intern at the Embassy of the Federal Republic Germany in Ottawa. Miriam holds a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Oxford and has a background in Psychology from Heidelberg University.
