Shalikram Goswami

Shalikram Goswami is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in electric vehicle charging infrastructure and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Quench EV Chargers since October 2024, Shalikram leads service operations for AC and DC chargers across India and manages project rollouts for DC charging stations. Prior to this role, Shalikram was the Head of Operation & Maintenance at BluSmart, overseeing over 60 hubs and thousands of chargers, while ensuring high uptime and reliability for electric vehicle services. Shalikram's career also includes significant positions at SUN Mobility, American Tower, Reliance Communication, Bharti Infratel Limited, and LNG Engineering, where operational efficiency and uptime management were central to each role. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and an MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology.
