Guido Nietzeldt

Guido Nietzeldt has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Guido has been working at Quentic since 2017, initially starting as a Consultant and later transitioning to the role of Senior Consultant. Currently, they serve as the Lead Consulting Public Sector. Prior to their time at Quentic, Guido worked as the COO at Verband Deutscher Eisenbahnfachschulen from 2016 to 2017.

Before that, Guido gained experience as a Consultant at Quentic from 2014 to 2015. Guido also served as the HR Manager at Stadt Eberswalde from 2012 to 2014, where they played a role in recruiting, employer branding, and change management. Prior to this, Guido worked as a Consultant/Assistant at Public One GmbH from 2011 to 2012 and as an Inhouse Consultant at Berlin Brandenburg Airport from 2011 to 2012.

Guido's earlier career was with the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces), where they served as the Head of IT & Communications from 1997 to 2009. Overall, Guido Nietzeldt has accumulated extensive experience in consulting, management, and human resources throughout their career.

Guido Nietzeldt obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Guido further pursued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from 2010 to 2012.
