Tamara Volkova

Tamara Volkova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tamara started their career in 2002 as a Call Center Specialist at East-European Telecommunication services. In 2004, they joined Astelit as an HR Specialist, responsible for HR administration and recruitment. Tamara was later promoted to HR Generalist, overseeing all HR processes for Sales & Customer Relations and Corporate segments.

In 2007, Tamara worked as a Governmental Financials and Healthcare Consultant at SAP, providing expert support to healthcare projects in different countries. Tamara also contributed to proposals management for acquiring new projects. Tamara then became a self-employed SAP Healthcare Industry Consultant, offering implementation consulting and support to the healthcare industry.

From 2008 to 2019, Tamara worked at Common Management Solutions as an SAP for Healthcare Senior Consultant and Pre-sales. Tamara provided expertise in industry-specific solutions in SAP for Healthcare, working on-site with customers across Europe. Tamara'sresponsibilities included business processes evaluation, change requests evaluation and support, GAP analysis, system implementation, and training for customers and partners.

Most recently, since November 2019, Tamara has been working at Quentic as a Senior Pre Sales Consultant, utilizing their expertise in pre-sales consulting for the company.

Tamara Volkova has a diverse education history. Tamara recently completed a program in Circular Economy & Sustainability Strategies at Cambridge Judge Business School, which they attended until 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Management of foreign-economic activity from National Aviation University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Tamara'searly education includes attending high school at #92 from 1991 to 2000. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from Emeritus, which they received in May 2021.
