Michelle Redmond is an experienced nutritionist and operations manager with a strong background in sports science and public health. Currently, Michelle serves as a Nutritionist at Optimal Clinical Trials and co-founded The Food Cruncher, which offers evidence-based digital nutrition programs for preventive health, including a specialized program for teens.
