Rosen Dochev

Rosen Dochev is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and operations management. As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Quentox since January 2024, Rosen leads strategic initiatives. Previously, Rosen held multiple leadership roles at Sciant from February 2016 to December 2023, including COO, VP of Operations, and Technical Delivery Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Scalefocus as Technical Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer, and as a Senior Software Engineer at ITCIS. Rosen began a career in software engineering in May 2007 with a foundational role in a previous firm. Academic qualifications include a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a background from Sofia High School of Mathematics.
