Milena Stroppa

Milena Stroppa has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Milena is currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at TOKI AIR since June 2021. Previously, they held the position of Chief Legal Officer at Quero Educação starting in October 2020. Milena was also a Membro Efetivo da Comissão Especial de Estudos de Compliance da OAB SP at OAB SP from July 2020.

Prior to these roles, Milena worked as a Legal Director & Compliance at a Legal & Compliance Consulting firm they founded in May 2019. Before that, they served as the Legal Manager and Head of Legal - Commercial Aviation at Embraer for over a decade, where they were responsible for various legal aspects, including regulatory affairs, compliance, competition, corporate, contractual, arbitration, intellectual property, and M&A related to the business unit.

Milena's earlier experience includes serving as the Legal Director at Grupo Brasilinvest S.A., where they led the legal department and provided legal advice across various sectors. Milena also worked as a Senior Attorney in Project Finance at A&L Goodbody, where they advised investment banks and leasing companies on financing operations.

Furthermore, Milena worked as an Associate Attorney in Capital Markets at Wald, Antunes, Vita, Longo e Blattner Advogados, where they provided legal advice on IPOs, M&A, privatization, concessions, project finance, and arbitration. Milena started their career as an Attorney in Litigation at CHIAPARINI & BASTOS ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS.

Milena also has international experience, having completed a residency in the UK at The University of Sheffield from June 1996 to January 1999.

Milena Stroppa completed their education as follows:

- In 1990-1994, Milena Stroppa attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree with a field of study in Law.

- In 1997-1998, they pursued further education at The University of Sheffield and obtained an LLM degree with a field of study in International and European Law.

- In 2008, Milena Stroppa attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for an Extension program in US Law.

- In 2019-2020, they completed an Executive MBA program at Fundação Dom Cabral.

Additionally, Milena Stroppa obtained the Certification CCPE-I from The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics in 2014.
