Ricardo Soler has held a variety of roles in the data and analytics field since 2008. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Senior Consultant at Kenwin - COPC Implementation Partner and a Business Intelligence Consultant (Freelancer) at PratikaPro Estratégia Comercial. In 2012, they were a Senior Data Consultant (Freelancer) at Aunica - The Tagnology Company, and from 2013 to 2016, they were the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics at PratikaPro Consultoria. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Corporate BI Manager & CoE Analytics Manager & Analytics Innovation Ambassador & SAFe PM/PO at Cogna Educação. In 2020, they were a Youth Mentor at Learn to Fly and from 2020 to 2021, they were the National Data & Analytics Manager at Ânima Educação. Currently, they are the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) at QueroQuitar and a Mentor at eMentor.br.

Ricardo Soler has an extensive educational background. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Trevisan Escola de Negócios. Ricardo then attended Universidade Paulista from 2006 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. In 2005, they completed an Extension in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2010 to 2012, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic and Economic Management of Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2020, they completed a Post Graduation in Data Science & Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Data Strategy from LinkedIn (2022), SAFe® 4 Certified Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2018), and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. (2018).
