Muthu Lakshman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Muthu started their career in 1999 as a Senior Customer Support Engineer at Vardhini Information Systems (P) Ltd, where they managed the Service Department and successfully handled niche clients. In 2004, they joined Dell as a Sr.Technical Expert, providing technical support to customers and training new hires. Muthu also worked on various new products and processes within Dell. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a system engineer at Akuva Infotech Pvt Ltd, where they handled the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware. Muthu then joined HP E Global Operations in 2009 as an SR.TS, where they gained experience in voice and email support for customers in the US, specifically on Windows and printers. In 2016, they moved to MFX Services as a Sr. Technical Analyst. Most recently, they joined Cognizant in 2020 as a Supervisor.
