Ron Wernik has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ron started their career at Prudential Healthcare in 1990, where they held various programming and project management roles, delivering technology systems and solutions for the claims and financial departments. In 1997, they joined IBM as an Advisory Project Manager for Healthcare systems, providing leadership to business analysts, developers, and testers on medium to large, complex projects. Ron later became an Engagement Manager, collaborating with clients in the insurance industry to improve application strategy, capability, and efficiency. Ron also served as a Project Executive and Operations Manager for IBM. In 2012, Ron joined ACE Group as an AVP Vendor Management, and in 2014 they became the VP Information Technology at MFX Fairfax.
