Sakthivel Gurusamy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sakthivel Gurusamy started their professional journey at Bose Corporation in 2012, where they served as a Senior Consultant until 2015. Sakthivel Gurusamy then joined Quess Corp Limited as a Team Lead in Client Engagement and worked in that position until 2017. After that, they moved to The Adecco Group and held the role of Delivery Manager in Client Engagement until 2018. Currently, Sakthivel is a Senior Manager in Client Engagement for Quess GTS, a position they have held since November 2018.

Sakthivel Gurusamy earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Anna University between 2008 and 2012.
