Anita Shields has over 20 years of work experience. Anita worked at Ameritas from 1999 to 2022, holding various roles including Director Project Management, Manager of Group Business Systems, and Group Portfolio Planner. In 2022, they joined Quest Analytics, LLC as the Director of Client Support & Training.

Anita Shields obtained a degree in Business Administration from the Lincoln School of Commerce, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In 1999, they also obtained a certification in FLMI from LOMA.
