Asia Chang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the oncology and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as VP & GM of Oncology at Quest Diagnostics since January 2025, Asia previously held the role of VP, Product Strategy and Operations at Freenome, where strategic leadership facilitated the company's growth and product development in cancer screening. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Oncology Product Management at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where Asia drove significant product expansion and revenue growth in Next-Generation Sequencing, including the launch of groundbreaking diagnostic tests. Asia's career commenced as a Development Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, followed by rapid advancement at L.E.K. Consulting as a Senior Engagement Manager, effectively managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-level projects. Asia holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Business and Science from Keck Graduate Institute.
