Kristin Wallace

Kristin Wallace is Senior Vice President, Compliance for Quest Diagnostics.

Kristin and her team are responsible for working with all Quest Diagnostics employees to ensure that the company remains fully compliant with the law.

She joined Quest in 2009 as Senior Corporate Counsel and has supported many parts of the business, including operations, franchises, compliance, and billing. Kristin has special expertise in privacy law. She was appointed Chief Regulatory Counsel in 2018, and had responsibility for providing legal guidance for compliance, regulatory, FDA, and privacy issues in support of business operations, commercial, and accelerating growth. Most recently, as Chief Regulatory Counsel, she played a pivotal role throughout the pandemic with her leadership and team’s stewardship of the EUAs for COVID-19 tests with the FDA and counsel on a myriad of contracts and commercial arrangements in support of their COVID-19 response.

Kristin earned a bachelor's degree from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. degree from Villanova Law School. She is a member of Quest's Inclusion and Diversity Counsel and has served on the Quest for Health Equity Oversight Committee and the QuestCAN National Leadership Team.
