Stephane Chauffriat

Stephane Chauffriat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing incubator networks and driving startup success. Currently serving as Managing Director of Quest for Change since February 2021, Stephane oversees a major French incubator network that supports over 270 projects in the Grand Est Region. Previously, from February 2018 to December 2021, Stephane held the same role at SEMIA Générateur de Startups, directing four incubators and nurturing more than 220 startups. Additional expertise includes VP Marketing and Business Development at 1 CHECK, Strategy Consultant roles for various startups and SMEs, and CEO of iMusic-School, where Stephane played a pivotal role in establishing leadership in online music education. Earlier in the career, strategic consulting at Ernst & Young and project engineering at EPRI complemented a robust foundation in physics and strategic management education.
