Filip Pintelon

Since Filip discovered the world of healthcare, he is driven to enable innovation and technology, for the benefits of patients and clinicians.

Before he joined Capricorn in 2022, Filip led the worldwide activities of Barco’s Healthcare division, where he also invested in internal and external startups. Filip is currently also the chairman of the Flemish government's AI strategic initiative.

He brings 30 years of experience in growth investments, turnaround mgmt. and international business development, in leadership roles with Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Siemens, and Barco. He holds a master’s degree in informatics from KULeuven and an MBA from Vlerick.
