Amy Banks

Amy Banks currently serves as a Contracts Administrator Support at Quest Global since February 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was a Hub Supervisor at UPS from September 2023 to February 2024 and worked as an Inbound City Planner at Yellow from January 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included assessing daily inbound freight to optimize city runs for delivery efficiency. From April 2005 to January 2022, Amy held the position of Operations Supervisor at Holland, overseeing a team of drivers to ensure effective routing of freight. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Service Representative at Latino Inc from September 2002 to March 2005 and as Office Manager for AT&T - Get Wireless Now from August 2000 to September 2002. Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies from Rockford University between 1989 and 1996.
