Arun B Manjunath

Arun B Manjunath is a Senior Mechanical Engineer at QuEST Global, specializing in structural and thermal Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for hot gas path components at Siemens Energy since September 2016. Arun is proficient in various FEA techniques, including Low Cycle Fatigue and Thermo-mechanical fatigue analysis. Previously, as a Mechanical Engineer at General Electric, Arun contributed to the development of a conceptual wind blade optimization tool and automated design processes for wind turbine components. Academic experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at the University of Florida, where Arun conducted simulations on gear-pinion models, and a Research Assistant position at the Indian Institute of Science, focusing on biomechanical modeling. Arun began a career as a Design Engineer at Geometric Ltd., where design and development of gearbox components were primary responsibilities. Arun holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education Karnataka.
