Rick Scoggins

Rick Scoggins is a skilled professional with extensive experience in controls engineering and automation across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Gas Turbine Software Engineer at Quest Global since April 2022, Rick focuses on advanced control technologies for gas turbine applications. Previous roles include Control & Instrument Engineer at Roeslein & Associates, where Rick contributed to electrical and instrumentation equipment development for the oil refining and fluid mixing sectors, and Principal Controls Engineer at QC Software, where Rick established a comprehensive control engineering documentation platform. Additionally, Rick has successfully managed PLC and HMI design and programming for pharmaceutical automation systems at Express Scripts, and led project engineering for industrial automation in the sulfuric acid sector at Monsanto EnviroChem. Rick began a career in data communications at Monsanto, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an AA in Music and Vocational Electronics from Kaskaskia Junior College.
