Pragya Gupta, CSPO®, is currently a Product Manager at Quest Labs AI, where user onboarding has been revolutionized through AI-driven data analysis, resulting in a 40% increase in user retention. Previously, Pragya contributed as a Student Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Golden Gate University, managing client accounts and supporting software engineering students.
