Rakesh Balram is an experienced professional in branch management and staffing solutions, currently serving as Branch Manager for KZN and PE at ONLY the BEST since April 2015, and as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Quest Staffing Solutions since April 2013. Prior experience includes a position as Branch Manager at Kelly Services from 2004 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed branch operations, sales maximization, staff recruitment, and alignment with strategic procedures. Rakesh also held the role of Branch Manager at Shoprite from 2000 to 2004 and Store Manager at Reliant Retail from 1994 to 2000, focusing on sales achievement, stock management, and supplier relations.
