Bret Shaw is a seasoned business consultant with over twenty years of experience at Quest Worldwide, where Bret has held the position of Principal Consultant and formerly served as Regional Director for ANZ and Asia. Specializing in strategy development, people engagement, and business improvement, Bret effectively leads the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance business performance and capability. Prior to Quest, Bret held prominent roles at Citibank as Quality Director for the Consumer Bank in Australia and New Zealand, and at PA Consulting Group as Principal Consultant, managing change and process improvement for major clients. Bret's career began at Westpac, where diverse experience in retail banking and human resources was gained. Educationally, Bret holds a Master of Commerce in Organisational Behaviour from UNSW and a Bachelor of Business in Employee Relations and Communications from the University of Technology Sydney.
