Shannon Matzke

Shannon Matzke has over 20 years of experience in project management and operations within the assessment and education sectors. Currently serving as Operations Services Manager at Questar Assessment Inc. since May 2009, Shannon oversees the creation and maintenance of project requirements and process documentation, while collaborating to enhance departmental efficiencies. Previously, as a Program Manager at Questar Assessment Inc., Shannon managed large-scale assessment programs across several states and provided support for district projects. Prior experience includes a Project Manager role at Questar Data Systems, focusing on software systems for testing and data reporting, and earlier positions as an Assistant Buyer at COKeM International and in a wholesale role at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. Shannon holds a degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas and a degree in Liberal Arts from Normandale Community College.
