Scott Mower is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and information systems. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Heats & Treats since January 2018, Scott also holds the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner with Dominion Energy Corporation, overseeing HR interactions for two of its companies. Prior to these roles, Scott spent several decades at Questar, where responsibilities included managing the PeopleSoft HR system as Manager of HRIS, as well as programming and system analysis in the HR and payroll sectors. Scott's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Business from Columbia College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Data Processing from Salt Lake Community College.
