Head of Customer Success DACH /UK and Global Pre-Sales at QuestBack

Tobias Rosenfeld has over 15 years of work experience, with a focus on customer success, partner management, and pre-sales support. Tobias is currently the Head of Customer Success DACH / UK and Global Pre-Sales at Questback, where they are responsible for the profit and loss (P/L) of the customer portfolio in DACH / UK, as well as managing selected international key customers. Tobias also serves as the lead for global pre-sales services.

Prior to their current role, Tobias held the position of Head of Partner Management and Global Pre-Sales at Questback, where they were in charge of the P/L for Questback's international partner/reseller network and managed selected international key customers. Tobias played a lead role in product management, including planning and executing platform consolidation processes, project and release management, and roadmap work. Tobias also provided pre-/after-sales support and internal onboarding.

Before joining Questback, Tobias worked as a Group Sales Consultant - Offering Management, where they led the offering management for Questback Essentials. Their responsibilities included pre-/after-sales support for international subsidiaries, partners, and customers, commercial product management, and roadmap work. Tobias was also involved in international business development.

Earlier in their career, Tobias served as an International Advisor at Questback, where their responsibilities included providing pre-/after-sales support for international partners and customers, conducting global best practice work, product training, and onboarding. Tobias also worked as an International Coordinator, focusing on international business development and growing and maintaining a partner network.

Prior to joining Questback, Tobias worked at scienceindustries as an Issue Manager in the Pharma/IPR/Innovation department. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on policy developments within the pharma, intellectual property rights (IPR), and innovation sectors. Tobias also managed industry working groups and represented scienceindustries towards partners, legislators, and authorities.

Overall, Tobias Rosenfeld has gained extensive experience in customer success, partner management, pre-sales support, product management, and international business development throughout their career.

Tobias Rosenfeld obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of St.Gallen. Tobias pursued their education at the university from 1996 to 2001.
