Esther Ukachukwu

Esther (Destiny) Ukachukwu is a dedicated and accomplished scholar at Vanderbilt University, pursuing a dual Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development and Computer Science. Since April 2020, Esther has engaged in leadership and problem-solving initiatives at Thrive Scholars, addressing pressing global issues while refining technical skills in software engineering through mentorship. As a fellow with Leaders for Life and a mentor within the QuestBridge Scholars Network, Esther fosters connections with peers and professionals to enhance educational and career opportunities. Previous roles include leadership in diversity and inclusion at Alpha Kappa Psi, teaching health practices to primary students, and engaging in product management and research internships, demonstrating a commitment to community impact and innovation.
