Lori Prince

Lori Prince has a strong background in human resources and client success. Lori'smost recent position is as a Client Success Manager at Questco Companies, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Intuit from 2021 to 2021, delivering excellent customer care experiences.

From 2015 to 2020, they served as a Senior Client Success Partner at TriNet, where they developed business relationships and ensured integrated services with clients' objectives.

Lori Prince has a background in journalism, having studied at the University of Arizona. Lori then pursued a degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Music. Continuing their education at the same university, Lori earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR Management. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2002, followed by the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from HRCI in 2012. In 2015, Lori achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Lori also obtained the Fundamentals of Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association in 2016 and became a Certified Payroll Professional from the same institution in 2018.
