As a key member of the Internal Control Department at Questel Group, you will work under the guidance of the Internal Control Manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the implementation and management of third-party risk management framework, anti-bribery and corruption compliance, and CSR initiatives (mainly during maternity leave coverage). You will also contribute to enhancing the overall compliance and internal control framework at the group level.
馃憠聽聽Third-Party Risk Management: assist in implementing a third-party risk management framework focused on international sanctions (e.g., EU, US OFAC, HM Treasury) and anti-bribery and corruption compliance:
Analyze third parties (customers and suppliers) targeted by restrictive measures or with adverse media exposure, and present assessment results to the Internal Control Manager
Maintain up-to-date third-party risk assessments
Ensure communication of risk assessment results to the relevant teams
Conduct regulatory watch on high risk jurisdictions and international sanctions, and update policies and procedures as needed
Manage internal stakeholder requests
馃憠 Anti-Corruption Framework: support the implementation of the anti-corruption framework in compliance with the Sapin 2 law and other applicable regulations:
Assist in drafting and updating anti-corruption policies and procedures
Implement anti-corruption training and communications across the organization
馃憠 CSR: assist in implementing the CSR roadmap of the Group (mainly during maternity leave coverage)
Assist in the implementation of the CSRD and prepare required documentation
Address internal and external stakeholder requests related to the Group鈥檚 CSR framework
Improve and update documents for assessments and certifications
馃憠 Internal Control and Compliance: contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the compliance and internal control framework at the group level:
Perform regulatory watch
Prepare procedures to formalize accounting processes and roles
Develop risk awareness raising communications
Manage internal stakeholder request
The perfect match...
You have a Master鈥檚 degree in Compliance, Legal, Risk management, Finance or Audit with at least 2years of experience in a related field
Solid level of English (oral and writing)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of compliance basics (KYC assessments)
Experience in monitoring and analyzing changes in regulations affecting the company
Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
Rigor/Autonomy/Organization
Analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
