Kristina Panter has over 25 years of work experience in advertising sales and publishing. Kristina started their career at Advanstar Communications in 1996 as an Advertising Sales Assistant. Kristina then moved on to become a Regional Advertising Sales Manager, responsible for outside advertising sales in leading business-to-business trade publications. In this role, they achieved monthly sales goals through cold-calling prospective advertisers and attending industry trade show appointments. Kristina also developed and maintained relationships with clients in the sensors, computer-aided design, and manufacturing industries.
In 2005, Kristina joined Questex as a Regional Advertising Sales Manager, specializing in the GPS market for location-based services. Kristina worked with industry-leading clients and was responsible for outside advertising sales in trade publications, websites, and e-newsletters. From there, they progressed to become an Associate Publisher and then Publisher, overseeing sales, marketing, editorial, and production departments for assigned trade media brands. Kristina developed and executed strategic plans, managed budgets, and exceeded sales territory goals.
In 2010, Kristina was promoted to National Sales Director at Questex, where they continue to excel in driving sales growth and managing various departments. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceeding goals and building relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Kristina Panter completed their AA degree at Orange Coast College from 1988 to 1991. Kristina then pursued a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Long Beach, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
