Brad Williams

Brad Williams is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Lead Recruiter and Founder/Principal at Questfinder Recruiting since February 2021, specializing in full-cycle technical recruitment for a variety of engineering roles. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Brad held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Stars Behavioral Health Group and served as a Senior Recruiter at Q2, where the focus was on cloud-based banking solutions. Prior roles include significant positions at Comcast, where Brad advanced through ranks to Senior Director of Talent Operations, and U.S. Bank, where leadership in recruiting operations spanned various organizational levels. Brad holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University in the same field. Additionally, Brad is a Certified Personal Trainer at the National Academy of Sports Medicine since April 2019.
