She previously worked for AXA for 16 years first as a trainee commercial property claims handler, then a senior claims handler and a Claims Team Manager for 2 years, before joining QuestGates. Emma supports their broker clients, managing any day-to-day broker inquiries, ensuring that QuestGates employees adhere to their Broker Charter and that their services meet broker requirements. Emma also supports the development of broker relationships, working autonomously with the Client Relationship team to improve service and identify any process improvements.
