Rishi Srivastava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and technology leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Questhiring since September 2022, Rishi also holds the position of Chief of Talent Officer. Previously, Rishi was the HR Head at Tractor Junction for a brief period in 2022, and the Head of Human Resources at Doubtnut from October 2019 to May 2022. Rishi's earlier roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at Elixir Consulting from February 2016 to October 2019, and Consultant and Associate Consultant at Mount Talent Consulting between August 2014 and February 2016. Rishi holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from Kanpur University, an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Kanpur Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kanpur University.
