Rich Kent is the current Director of Inside Sales at QuestingHound Technology Partners. Rich has held this position since May of 2002. Prior to that, they were a Sales Account Representative at Ingram Micro from June of 1994 to May of 2002. In that role, they successfully managed large accounts of multiple IT resellers throughout the Eastern United States, providing high-end hardware, software, networking, and licensing solutions to their clients. Rich also served as an intermediary between clients, manufacturers, and IT technicians to provide solutions to complex problems using over 280,000 technology products carried by Ingram Micro.
During their time at Ingram Micro, Rich earned 22 Outstanding Sales Awards for exceeding monthly sales quotas. Rich thrived in fast paced sales environments as an efficient time manager and focused teammate within their branch and company.
Before their time at Ingram Micro, Rich was a Pool Manager and Swim Team Coach at EJC Investments, Inc. from May of 1990 to August of 1992.
Rich Kent's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Canisius College and a Graduate - Diploma from Marist School in Atlanta, GA.
They are on a team with Kevin Morse - Senior Partner, Ray Medina - Service Delivery Manager, and Doug Garcia - Senior Partner. Rich Kent reports to John Boden, Managing Partner.
