Anu Oladele

Anu Oladele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics across various organizations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Data Engineering and Enablement at Questrade Financial Group since March 2025, Anu leads the development of the company's data strategy, focusing on enhancing customer-centricity through robust data capabilities. As a co-founder of AfterData.ai since May 2020, Anu provides product leadership and strategic direction for data governance and engineering. Previous roles include serving as VP of Data Engineering at Flexiti, where efforts centered on integrating data and technology, and Director of Data Science & Business Insights at goeasy Ltd., where Anu defined data science strategies for real-time insights. Early career experiences include leadership positions at Klick Health and Moneris Solutions, where Anu managed IT delivery and enterprise information management. Anu holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Portland.
