Zuleika Sgro

Zuleika Sgro, CHRL, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in transformation and people management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Transformation and HR at Questrade Financial Group, Zuleika has also held senior roles as Director of Transformation - People & Culture at Questrade and VP of People at Klue. Previous leadership positions include Chief People Officer at both Knix and Saje Natural Wellness, along with various roles at Questrade, including Senior Manager of Talent Management Services & HR Business Partner. Zuleika holds a Bachelor of Honours Arts and Business in Speech Communication and Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo and additional education from York University.
