Adam Heleniak

Adam Heleniak is a Senior UX Manager at Queue-it since September 2022 and an External Lecturer at IT-Universitetet i København since October 2021. Previously, Adam held the role of Head of User Research & Design at DHI from May 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of User Researchers and UX Designers and establishing a design system. Adam’s experience also encompasses positions such as Design Manager and Lead User Experience Designer at GN Hearing A/S, along with significant roles at Oticon, GN ReSound, and others. Adam's educational background includes an MSc in Telecommunication from DTU and an MSc in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology.
