Sourav Kar

Sourav Kar serves as a Program Manager in the Strategy division of the CEO's Office at Quick Heal since May 2024, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, providing insights to the CEO, and managing product initiatives. Prior to this, Sourav worked as a Senior Manager in Strategy at ElasticRun, overseeing product launches and market strategies. At Maruti Suzuki India Limited, experiences included managing operations for dealer partners, implementing revenue growth strategies, and optimizing service network layouts. Earlier roles involved project management at Godrej & Boyce and internships at Steel Authority of India and NALCO. Sourav holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
